About Me!

Welcome to my page! I'm so happy & grateful that you're here! A little bit about me... Recently, I moved to Wilmington, NC from a small town in New York known as Geneva. This is where I went to college, which happened to be beautifully placed on Seneca Lake! My two favorite people happen to be my Gramama and my little sister, and they never fail to amaze me and push me every single day. I absolutely adore animals, and I will most likely be holding a coffee if you see me! (:
Bio
A little more about me... As a girl I was told "Math is your subject, and English and Reading are for other students." Struggling with undiagnosed dyslexia, I firmly believe that "English was not MY subject." As I grew up, gathered experience, and read books on the educational mindset, I recognized that ALL subjects are for EVERYONE. Yes I may have taken a little longer to read a book than some of my other classmates, but that did not mean I couldn't go on to make A's in every English course and allow AP English to become one of my favorite subjects! I even went on to earn an academic scholarship!
I truly believe that learning ALL subjects is possible with a mindset and teacher that shows you that you CAN, and enables you to believe in yourself!
